Employee Volunteerism

Serving our local community is very important to fulfilling our mission at G&G. Starting in 2017, G&G enacted a policy to give all G&G employees 2 days of paid time to engage in volunteer activities. This was done to show G&G’s commitment to community service and to encourage its employees to participate. So far, G&G employees have been involved in various volunteer activities, like: kids’ camp mentoring, serving meals at a local homeless shelter, 4H and others. G&G and its employees will, in the months and years ahead, continue to be faithful to making a difference in the lives of people in our community, by looking for worthwhile causes to support.
