Troy Busenburg

Troy brought a career in construction, including a stretch running his own construction firm, with him when he joined G&G in 2007 as a Dispatcher. As Dispatcher, Troy was in charge of the company’s hauling efforts as well as retail aggregate sales.

As Troy’s ability to manage schedules and work with people became apparent, he was promoted to Operations Manager, a role he continues to hold today.

As Operations Manager, Troy schedules field crews and oversees G&G’s aggregate mining activities.
