Rock Star: Jalen Weaver

Our Rock Star of the month, Jalen Weaver, has been with the company for 6 years. He has great character and communicates well, especially when it comes to site specific hazards and goals for the day. He has also grown steadily in his work and leadership ability, and was elevated to Pit Foreman about a year ago. Here is what a couple of Jalen’s co-workers said about him:

“Always has a great attitude and showing a lot of initiative on having a safe work environment.”

This is a fitting recognition for Jalen and a sign of great things to come. All of us from the G&G community are proud of Jalen and wold like to wish him the very best in his future service to the organization.
